Ms. Erica is a delight! Her customer service is on point! I ordered a Signature Crab Pot Potato and she told me it would be a 7 minute wait so she would wave me over once my food was finished. My wait turned into an hour because she was so busy and Ms. Erica was not pleased! She comp’d the meal with no hesitation. The meal was superb! I couldn’t even finish the food because the portion was enough for 2 meals. The food is great but the customer service really shines at the Culinary Chemist and I’ll always come back because of that.

The ladies who run the establishment is so beyond nice and personable, it made me want to come back instantly. When I got home and opened my 2 baked potatoes, i was beyond happy. So much food! We couldn't finish them. As an added treat, i was given a free slice of Louisville cake and that bad boy was so damn delicious. Im still thinking bout it! Man what a great place. I will definitely tell others.

The crabs were cooked to perfection, so were the eggs, corn and potatoes. The deluxe seafood potato was to die for so much so I found myself eating the paper liner. Hands down very tasty and delicious. The pineapple lemonade is the exact amount of sweetness to the point I’ve ordered 2 gallons for the week. I will be there at least once or twice a week. She will be sick of me.

All I can say right now is Lord have mercy.... every bite full of traditional family recipe flavors. Ms. Erica has created something special back there in that kitchen. My body refused to put my spoon down while my mind was struggling to understand why this food was so good. Food so good that you can feel every bite down to your toes. My family went here Friday and I can honestly say that the food was amazing! I had the stuffed potato with crab, shrimp, corn, egg, and God knows what else. The flavor was insanely delicious. The owner was really nice and so sweet. Also, you have to order the banana pudding, it was heavenly. I will definitely go there again when I am in the area. I give it 10 stars!
